Sparkle Plenty was developed in Austria in 1903 by a major Crystal Chandelier Manufacturer. It was developed as an In-house cleaning product to keep their crystal looking brilliant and to clean it for shipping. Sparkle Plenty was brought to the US in the 1960’s and remains the same today.
